How can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, please email orders@giantslayerglobal.com as soon as possible urgent changes.

Can I add items to my order once it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, additional items cannot be added to an existing order. You would need to place a new order.

Is there a minimum purchase amount required?

There’s no minimum order requirement. Feel free to shop for single items or in larger quantities!

Are bulk order discounts available?

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs vary and delivery times depending on location, weight, and order size, and can be calculated at checkout. We, however, offer Free Shipping for most of our products.

How long does shipping take?

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link for real-time updates.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

What happens if my order says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Contact orders@giantslayerglobal.com to initiate a return.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days once the return is received and processed.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in original condition. Contact us or check our exchanges policy here for exchange assistance.

Are any items non-returnable?

Customized and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged. Furthermore, perishable goods, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are non-returnable. Please review each product's return eligibility before purchasing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about my order?

As each item is custom-made to order, we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for returns due to incorrect or defective items.

Tracking & Lost Items

How do I track my order status?

You’ll receive a tracking link in your email once your order ships. If you need help, email orders@giantslayerglobal.com.

My order seems to be lost or damaged in transit. What should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we’ll assist in tracking down your package. If it arrives damaged contact us right away, and we’ll help resolve the issue or arrange a replacement if necessary.

My tracking information says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

Check with neighbors or building management. If you still can’t locate it, please contact us.

How can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Changes to the address must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us for urgent requests.

Can I choose to ship to a PO Box or APO address?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time. Please use a street address for orders.
